Make IT Fest II: Moving Forward Without Limits Toward a Borderless Digital World

Langsa, Aceh — Students of the Informatics Study Program at Universitas Samudra once again held their annual technology event, Make IT Fest II (Technology Festival), on Monday, 10 November 2025, within the Universitas Samudra campus. This event serves as a platform for students and young people to channel their ideas, creativity, and innovation in the field of information technology, in line with the rapid development of the digital era.

Carrying the theme “Moving Forward Without Limits: Realizing a Borderless Digital World,” Make IT Fest II reflects the spirit of Informatics students in facing ever-evolving technological challenges. The event not only features competitions and exhibitions of student projects, but also creates space to share inspiration, broaden perspectives, and build networks among creative young people in the world of technology.

In his remarks, the Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, and Partnership Bureau of Universitas Samudra expressed his appreciation for the successful organization of the event. He conveyed his hope that Make IT Fest will continue to grow into a recurring program with broad impact, not only at the campus level, but also nationally and even internationally. “This event is concrete proof of the students’ enthusiasm for innovation. Our hope is that Make IT Fest can become a forum that strengthens cross-campus collaboration and brings the name of Universitas Samudra to a higher level,” he said.
